I feel so very fortunate to have come to Sports and Wellness Chiropractic. I had a nasty fall which left my knee so badly damaged that I could barely walk. My range of motion was getting increasingly limited and on top of that I have been suffering from neck, shoulder, and back pain. I knew I needed to do something soon! I put off getting treatment because I had little success with chiropractors, orthopedists, and physical therapists in the past. The first thing I noticed about Dr. Nguyen was his thorough examination and attentiveness. I got the sense that he really cared about me and was confident in his abilities to help me recover. I am astonished at how incredibly great I feel now. The combination of spinal manipulation, electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and stationary bike exercise helped my knee regain its full range of motion. Dr. Nguyen even corrected my shoulder and neck pain which has bothered me for years. I am entirely grateful for his expertise and gentle manner that has given me my life back. None of the chiropractors compared to Dr. Nguyen’s competence and wisdom. He talked with me as if I was his equal. Some doctors are smug and condescending, but he was none of those. Whether it was fate or just luck, I walked into his office and took the chance on him and was greatly rewarded. I did not have to look further for the best chiropractor. I am recommending him to my friends and family and hope that his practice continues to thrive for decades to come.

My major complaint was my neck and upper back. I had a neck injury due to a recent cheer-leading injury. I tried stretching and massaging it to get rid of the pain, but it always came back. I could not participate in physically active activities for a long duration of time due to the pain. After coming to Sports and Wellness Chiropractic, I feel light and pain free; I sleep so much better and go through my days without pain. I’ve been suffering from low back pain for a really long time. I also had numbness and tingling feeling down my legs along with muscle spasms in my back. I’ve tried using pain killers, yoga, stretching, and mediation to get off of the pain, but it didn’t help. After seeing Dr. Nguyen for only nine visits, I feel so much better. I’ve improved over 70 percent since the first time I came in. Dr. Nguyen has worked very hard in getting me back in shape. The adjustments with the combined Graston and therapy really helped me get better.
